General description

With extensive know-how gained from years of data collection and collaboration with racers from MotoGP, WSBK, and other classes, Arrow exhaust systems are continuously developed and optimised in line with technological advancements and current trends.

Collectors and tube are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performance. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tube, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the manifold pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and ignition sequence, the optimal layout of the manifold, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes up to the end silencers is developed through countless dynamometer runs.

Arrow manifolds and mid-pipes are made from a special steel alloy (racing versions also from high-quality, lightweight titanium). V2A stainless steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products. Due to its lower weight, the titanium manifold version is used in racing.
