General Description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas flow and the intended power, performance delivery. CNC-milled components and welds that do not reduce the internal diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bend radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pieces, and mid-pipes leading to the rear silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are manufactured from a special steel alloy. The steel is highly temperature-resistant and very easy to mechanically form. It boasts high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, such as those used in motorcycle care products.
