General description

Crafted from sandblasted, lightweight titanium, this product is the first of its kind in the Akrapovič range, fully leveraging the company's expertise in titanium technology. It has been developed from the ground up, offering a weight saving of approximately 40% compared to similar steel versions, along with high strength and corrosion resistance.

The tube are precisely TIG-welded and feature laser-cut and finely machined 8 mm flange to ensure a perfect fit and strength. They integrate perfectly with the bike's existing components and offer the option to attach additional bags, fog, or auxiliary lights to the bracket.

The product weighs only 2.38 kg. Extensively evaluated through numerous tests and deformation analyses, the highly stable construction is partly connected to the frame to distribute any impacts across the tube. The bracket feature an engraved logo and the clearly visible 'Titanium' lettering to highlight the key product characteristic. The lower crash bar set is available under part number AK-CB-B12T1D (see additional items).

Installation note: The upper crash bar set does not fit the BMW R 1250 GS Adventure model.
