General Description

Collectors and tubes are key to optimal exhaust gas routing and the intended power, performances development. CNC-machined components and welds that do not reduce the inner diameter contribute significantly to this. Thus, the diameter of the tubes, bending radii, welds and their exact placement and execution, as well as the guide of the header pipes, are optimally adapted to each bike. Depending on the engine and firing order, the optimal layout of the header, connecting pipes, and mid-pipes all the way to the silencers is developed through countless dyno runs.

Arrow headers are made from a special steel alloy. V2A steel is highly temperature-resistant and can be mechanically deformed very well. It has high resistance to humidity, water, and weak alkalis, as used in motorcycle care products.
